A famous standing soba restaurant in front of Odori subway station.
It's a long-established store that was founded in 1971, and if you're a Sapporo citizen, you've probably seen it at least once.
The employees are all veterans, and the craftsmen serve the soba noodles at high speed. When you order "Kakesoba", piping hot cheap soba is served in about 30 seconds. The slightly thick dashi flavored with bonito flakes and the soft noodles give it a nostalgic feel.
It's open from 7am in the Odori area of Sapporo, so try adding ``Hinode Soba'' to your breakfast options.
