Based on the concept of ``communicating the appeal and value of Hokkaido University Milk,'' we process ``milk produced within the university in-store and provide it to customers along with a story.We also promote the value of Hokkaido University Milk and the Hokkaido Dairy Farm where it is produced.'' This cafe was created with the idea that "we want everyone to know about it. We want to make sure that the history of this farm, which has been going on since 1898, continues into the future."
