A cake shop that has been loved for many years since its opening in 1978. Currently, my mother is creating a cheerful atmosphere in the store by talking with customers eating and drinking in the store and customers who come to buy.My father is creating exquisite sweets using his craftsmanship, and he is working on social media and creating new sweets. It is run by three people, including Mr. Shiho, a pastry chef who produces and disseminates products. (Father is on the left in the third photo, shiho is on the right)
The shop's cute blue and pink exterior is a landmark, and its Instagram-worthy cakes and sweets are very popular with women. Shiho's whimsical sweets are sold in limited quantities, and the galettes in particular are cute and delicious, making them a hot topic on Instagram.

Galette is currently sold irregularly and requires reservations over the phone to avoid crowds in the store. Once the sales date is decided, we will post the menu on Instagram to let you know.
