Sightseeing at City Hall...? You may think so, but it is actually a little-known spot where you can see the view from a high place.
This place is open on weekdays from April to October in normal years, and on weekdays during the snow festival period, and unlike the TV tower, you can see the clock tower from angles you can't normally see.
At Parlor Aozora, which is attached to this floor, you can enjoy set meals at a great price and also enjoy the view from there. For those who can't resist, we actually have alcohol available as well.
