The owner, originally from Nakashibetsu in eastern Hokkaido, runs the Nakashibetsu main store and the Sapporo store. This Ezomae sushi restaurant offers an omakase course and has a two-part counter system from 18:00 to 20:30.
They serve "Watanabe-style" Ezo-mae sushi, which uses ingredients from Hokkaido and is prepared using Edomae techniques.
The town has adopted the "Cheers with Milk" campaign promoted by Nakashibetsu Town, which produces high-quality milk, and welcomes visitors with welcome milk.
